Ingredients -
- 1 cup – Roop Laxmi Dalia
- 1 tbsp – Ghee
- 1 tbsp – Oil
- 1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
- ¼ tbsp – Turmeric Powder
- ½ tbsp – Red Chili Powder
- ½ cup – Green Peas
- 2 Green – Chills (chopped)
- 1 – Tomato (chopped)
- 1 – Onion (chopped)
- 1 – Carrot (chopped)
- 1 tsp – Salt (according to taste)
- 3 cups – Water
Cooking Directions -

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till light brown.

Add carrot, green chilies, and onion and sauté till lightly colored.

Drain and add Dalia to the pan and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.

Add green peas and 3 cups water and mix. Cover and cook on the low heat till done.

Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes more, turn the stove off.

Masala Dalia is ready. Mix well and serve hot.
